Working principle:
Through the cavities inside the mold, molten plastic is injected and cooled to form the desired product shape. A mold usually consists of two parts: a fixed mold and a movable mold. When the plastic is injected, the mold closes and a certain amount of pressure is applied to ensure that the plastic is filled completely. A cooling system may also be set up inside the mold to quickly cool and cure the plastic. Once the plastic is fully cured, the mold opens and the finished product is removed.
