Established in 2003, our company offer integrated capabilities in engineering design and CNC prototype, mould making and plastic injection moulding production for automotive parts, medical device enclosure, consumer electronics etc. Our main advantage is precision small parts like headphone and earphone case. Over the years, we've built good reputation for providing satisfied plastic injection parts for our end customers: Harman, Huawei, Encore, JVC, Skullcandy, Cisco, Jabil and so on!

To make sure excellent performance for plastic injection moulds, we have five Fanuc high-speed copper machine, three Seiki high-speed CNC, Six Sodick Mirror EDM machine, Two Sodick slow wire-cutting machine. Tested by CMM and two-dimensional machine to meet plastic part dimensional requirements. With the assistance of Japanese high precision equipment and our innovative, dedicated and experienced team, we can respond quickly and effectively to any challenge. We have strict training system for all the staff to ensure the proper operation by minimizing mistakes, which give the best guarantee of lead time as well.

Now the headquarter factory has more than 240 people, among them there have 20 Engineering designers and 80 experts at mould department. Based on sufficient high-precision machining and testing equipment imported from Japan, it is our foundation and confidence to make high quality mould. In addition, 45 injection molding machines provided for production services, of which 7 are double-color injection molding. The second factory is standard dust-free injection moulding workshop with 49 sets brand-new Haitian high speed machines from 130T to 200T. Providing QC test and part assembly with secondary processing at house.
