Product Description
Injection molding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mould. If you can provide complete information the first time, not only will it shorten the time, but also result in a more accurate quote. You can quickly communicate with the molding factory in both directions, and effectively grasp the key points. The following three elements need to be provided:
1. Drawings:
It is best to provide 3D drawings or samples so the factory can quote accurately. Only providing photos or 2D drawings may result in an inaccurate or rough price.
2. Quantity:
Monthly or yearly purchasing quantity.
3. Materials:
Specify plastic materials. If you are unsure about the type of plastic materials to be used, please inform us of the usage. We will also provide advice for reference.
1. Color:
Transparent, white, black. Provide a sample or color ticket number.
2. Internal components / exterior parts
3. Surface treatment:
glossy, matte surface. Different colors, qualities, and appearance requirements will affect the manufacturing cost.
1. Whether there are embedded parts (e.g. brass nuts) or plastic threads.
2. Whether the finished product needs to be printed/painted/plated/transferred, and so on.
The more precise and refined the appearance of the product, the higher the protection of the finished product, the quality of the package, and the cost of the material will be different. We strive to provide a wide variety of services for our customers, from expert part engineering to high-quality final production, please contact a professional injection molding manufacturer with more than 20 years of experience. As long as you provide specific and complete information, and fully communicate with us, we offer flexible solutions to help you streamline your supply chain and reduce costs.
