The customer has made a lot of moulds in China, he feels that the service from his last supplier was not good, so he found YEESHINE to remake mould for him, we asked him about the problems he encountered and responded to all of them.
1/ The mold was not highly polished.
Moulds are polished according to SPlA2 and nitrided.
2/ Air Valves we not working properly
Is there enough air pressure and is the quality of gas nozzle good?
3/ Mass tips of the hot runner keeps moving forward.
Is there a pictures of this? ls it pulling glue, or some other problem?
4/ P20 steel was used instead of a stronger steelNe auote H13. it can meet the hioh gloss transparentsurace. henthe siteel should be hick the water should be enough, the hardness should be higher and should benitrided, H13 nitrided to 50 degrees.
5/ Stripper plate of the mold had only two bolts holding it
Our Stripper plate of the mold have 4 or 6 bolts.
After a lot of discussion, the customer chose to trust us and cooperate with us on the cup mould project.

Before making the injection mold, YEESHINE will make DFM analysis of the plastic part and verify some important information with the customer, like parting line, gate position, ejection, etc.
After the verification with the customer, YEESHINE made 3D design layout of the injection mold.
In order to avoid the problems mentioned by our customers we have also made a lot of preparation to try to meet the needs of our customers

Injection mold making took 4 weeks, YEESHINE did T1 sample testing on the scheduled t.
The customer received our mould pictures and tryout video, he felt very satisfied with it.
We sent the samples of the trial mould to the customer for confirmation.
The samples were quickly confirmed and we were requested to send the mould as soon as possible.The customer successfully ran the mould and approved the quality and cooperated with us to make the next mould.
