Plastic Injection Molding Parts

Working principle:

Heated, melted plastic is injected into a mold through a high-pressure injection machine and subsequently cooled and cured rapidly in the mold to form the product. The process includes the steps of heating and melting the plastic raw material, injecting it into the mold, cooling and curing it, and removing the finished product.
