Resin vacuum casting (also known as silicone vacuum casting) refers to the use of the original prototype, the production of silicone molds in a vacuum state, and the use of rubber, silicone, nylon, ABS, and other materials in the vacuum state for casting, in order to clone the same part as the original prototype.
No custom injection mold, low processing cost, short production cycle, high simulation, suitable for small batch plastic part production, and other characteristics. Favored by the high-tech new energy industry, resin vacuum casting can accelerate the progress of research and development, to avoid unnecessary waste of funds and time costs during the research and development.

Before making the resin vacuum casting, need to make a prototype. The prototype can be made by CNC machining, SLA, or 3D printing.
Pour the vacuumed liquid silicone into the mold, cover all the products, and bake the mold in the oven to accelerate the curing of the silicone mold.
Remove the prototype from the vacuum casting mold, according to the material needed for the product, vacuum and pour the material to reproduce the finished product. Transparent silicone vacuum casting service life is about 15-25 mold times.
